Advance Audio has been appointed distributor for Autonomic, best known for its Mirage Audio System and cloud-based media solutions.
Advance Audio Australia will be providing sales and support services in Australia and New Zealand for the New York-based company, which claims firsts including the world’s first cloud-based media server in 2010, the first module to control iTunes from any Mac or Apple TV with Crestron or AMX (2008) and the first two-way interface to control music on a Crestron or AMX system, including DRM-protected iTunes without a dock (2006).

The Mirage Media Server delivers streaming services such as Spotify, Pandora and TuneIn Radio in Australia and NZ, and pairs with a choice of two digital amplifiers, two in-wall control options, plus applications for iOS and Android devices that can be mixed and matched in any configuration.
