JBL has released its TUNE600BTNC Bluetooth noise-cancelling headphones, which claim a 12-hour battery life and hands-free calling capabilities.
‘Stylish and compact, JBL’s new TUNE600BTNC is the perfect audio accessory for anyone who appreciates dedicated sound quality, sleek design and productive features but is on a budget,’ said Marcus Fry, of Harman Australia, which distributes JBL in Australia. ‘They also give you high-quality noise-cancelling technology for less than $150, so you can now reduce unwanted noise during your daily commute on busy buses or trains without having to spend hundreds of dollars.’
Each ear-piece contains a 32mm driver that when used in wired mode, presents a nominal 32Ω impedance and has a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz. JBL claims the 3.7V/610 mAH Polymer Li-ion rechargeable battery fitted to the TUNE600 BTNC will operate for up to 12 hours, after which it can be fully recharged in only two hours. Even if the battery goes flat, the headphones can continue to be used (without Bluetooth or noise-cancelling) in wired mode, using the supplied cable. Constructed with durable, lightweight materials, so the total weight is only 173 grams, the JBL TUNE600BTNC headphones fold away flat, so they’re easy to store when you’re not using them and they’re available in four different colours: pink, black, blue or white.
Available now, the JBL TUNE600BTNC headphones retail for $149.95 (RRP).
