Good things come to those who wait, and in the case of this year's hotly anticipated Good Things lineup, that certainly rings true.
Following its monolithic debut last December, the full-day music festival is set to return for another glorious jaunt in 2019, hitting Melbourne (on December 7th at the Flemington Racecourse), Sydney (a day later at Centennial Park) and Brisbane (on the 8th at the Showgrounds) with a stacked lineup of riff-filled goodies.
Leading the bill are metalcore titans Parkway Drive and A Day To Remember, the former of whom are still riding high on the back of last year's Reverence LP, and the latter gearing up to drop their career-defining seventh album, You're Welcome, later this year.
Joining them is an all-star cast of punk, metal and hardcore luminaries, like Bad Religion, Trivium, Coheed And Cambria, Dance Gavin Dance and The Damned Things – plus, to shake things up a bit, there's genre-leading stalwarts like Simple Plan, Reel Big Fish, Enter Shikari and Poppy.
Of course, it's not all about the international heavyweights that Destroy All Lines are dragging over for the celebration. Repping our ever-strengthening local scene (alongside the breakdown bandits in Parkway) is the well-overdue return of Violent Soho, the unexpected – yet very much welcomed – inclusion of The Veronicas, and a slew of shredders both up-and-coming and iconic, from Karnivool, Thy Art Is Murder and The Bennies to Skegss, Yours Truly and The Beautiful Monument.
General tickets go on sale next Thursday, September 5th at 10am, with an early bird presale kicking off two days earlier – you can jump aboard that by heading to the Good Things website, which we've linked down below.
Cop the full lineup and ticket details after the jump!
