Arguably the hottest gig opportunity for any band is the Super Bowl halftime show. It's quite literally your "15 minutes of fame", with hundreds of millions of punters from all around the world tuning in to see what jams you have to showcase. And for the 2019 bash, the headline act was none other than pop-rock legendaries Maroon 5. Whether or not they hit a home run (that's a football term, right?) is up for debate, but it's without a doubt their performance was one for the history books. And yet, the Californian septet took no time to rest, whipping themselves on a plane Down Under instead and kicking off the hellishly long-awaited Australian leg of their Red Pill Blues tour.
Naturally, we had to be there. We sent our trusty photographer Britt along to the Sydney show to snap a few choice shots of Adam Levine and co for your swooning pleasure. Enjoy!
