Denon has announced yet another new AV receiver with HEOS technology integration, the Denon AVR-X6300H, which it’s claiming is ‘the ultimate home cinema centre’.

The new AVR-X6300H AV Receiver is certainly not short on power, with no fewer than eleven power amplifiers built in, each one rated at 205-watts per channel. It’s the first-ever Denon receiver to be able to make this claim. ‘The X6300H is the perfect answer to today’s 3D audio formats, as the AVR-X6300H can fire a full 11-channel 3D home cinema without the need of additional external power amplifiers,’ said Ralph Grundl, of Qualifi, which distributes Denon in Australia. ‘It also has HEOS integration and elaborate video section and connectivity options plus Denon’s discrete monolithic amplifier design with custom made high-current transistors ensures reference class sound that will fill any home cinema room with astonishing clarity, power, detail and depth.’

The AVR-X6300H can be controlled via its own dedicated remote, or via the free HEOS App available for iOS and Android devices, and for the Kindle Fire. It’s equipped with a ‘Setup Assistant’ along with a ‘Quick Start’ guide, and also with Audyssey MultEQ XT32 automatic room acoustic measurement and correction. ‘So it’s not only quick and easy to set up, but the Audyssey matches your speakers to the individual room’s acoustics, for the smoothest, most natural tonal balance,’ Grundl told Australian Hi-Fi Magazine. The AVR-X6300H will be available in December, in a black finish and will retail for $4,699 (RRP).
