Panasonic’s massive stand was a hub of the company’s varied product lines. Occupying a large portion of the exhibit’s central area is the Panasonic Theatre with sessions running on the hour. The rest of the exhibit is taken up by the company’s different and extensive product lines. The blue corporate colour was of course the visual theme that ties the departments together.

One of the highlights was the new Viera NeoPDP 152-inch monster. The image quality was absolutely outstanding, no doubt served well by the cunningly chosen video material and the amazing 4096 x 2160 ultra high definition.

As announced at the press conference, the emphasis is on Panasonic’s 3D commitment and the exhibit space was absolutely teaming with large panels enclosed in small booths and displaying all manner of 3D content from sports to segments of the latest blockbuster movies such as Avatar, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Final Destination 3D, etc.

All the 3D movie clips were of course shown on the latest 3D products including Neo Plasma and Blu-ray. A further section of the exhibit was used to display a plethora of new all-in-one Bluray home theatre packages.
